Applied AI Product Manager (Forward Deployed)

• Hands-on experience building and prototyping with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, app builders like v0, Lovable, or Replit, and agent platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Proven track record delivering AI agents or AI-native features into live production use.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in product or consulting roles involving high-stakes, customer-facing projects with misaligned stakeholders.
• Deep domain expertise in at least one industry vertical such as Financial Services, Retail Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, or Travel & Hospitality.
• Strong product and value mindset comfortable with 0→1 product innovation under ambiguity.
• Fluency with Generative AI concepts including LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Effective communication skills to structure discussions, ask sharp questions, and translate executive whiteboarding into clear engineering briefs.
• Bias for action with ability to rapidly prototype and keep projects moving.

• Pre-sales and solution-shaping experience engaging senior client stakeholders.

• Build and prototype working AI solutions and demos using modern tooling to demonstrate value quickly.
• Own the client relationship as the day-to-day partner and main point of contact.
• Shape what the team builds, turning vague goals into clear problem statements, solutions, and success definitions.
• Lead the process from pre-sales shaping through to delivery, ensuring continuity.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders, bringing clarity to fuzzy briefs or changing client directions.
• Build business cases and ROI stories to support client investment.
• Drive rollout and change management to ensure adoption, and incorporate lessons learned back into processes.
