Junior SOC Security Engineer

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. The company operates in over 90 markets and offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion and customer acquisition.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a SOC environment at L1 level.
• Fluency in English and Polish (minimum B2).
• Skills in threat analysis and incident response.
• Knowledge of SIEM tools, specifically Splunk Enterprise Security.
• Familiarity with XDR/EDR solutions like SentinelOne.
• Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTPS, DNS.
• Willingness to develop automation and scripting skills (Python/Bash) - nice to have.
• Knowledge of frameworks including MITRE ATT&CK and NIST.

• Respond to incidents following established procedures.
• Verify alerts from SIEM/EDR/XDR class systems.
• Support senior team members in developing and implementing security solutions.
• Escalate complex cases and assist the SOC team in daily operations.
