Application Support Specialist (Strykow, Onsite, English+Polish, GxP)

• Fluent in English and Polish; other languages are an advantage
• IT technical skills for Windows Systems, ThinClients (e.g. Dell, Igel, HP), IPCs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and follow direction and best practices
• Planning and organizing skills
• Team player and supportive personality

• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software
• Perform second level technical support including calls, tickets, and user interaction
• Provide prompt responses to questions from employees and client sites
• Document problems and contribute to knowledge database creation
• Provide hardware asset information with reports and lists
• Manage service requests, access, user management, and onsite support
• Assign rights appropriately and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory
• Engage in process improvement activities
• Consult with IT experts when the appropriate action is unclear
• Apply knowledge of overall systems and landscapes as appropriate
• Work in compliance with regulated environments (GxP)
