Wymagania
- Several years of professional programming experience with completed commercial projects.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Proficiency in any programming language.
- Ability to organize own work and manage time between tasks.
- Propose changes and improvements related to tasks.
- Engagement and motivation to develop the ERP system.
- Education in computer science, programming, or related fields (completed or ongoing).
- English language proficiency at minimum B1 level for communication and technical documentation reading.
- Knowledge of accounting.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and desire to develop AI-powered systems.
Nice to have:
- Experience with ERP systems in financial, accounting, sales, warehouse, and/or logistics modules.
- Knowledge of Python.
Obowiązki
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of the Gardens ERP system and related systems (e.g., B2B sales).
- Develop functionalities based on provided documentation.
- Analyze and resolve current issues reported via ticketing, email, phone, and chat, including shift-based helpdesk support.
- Communicate and collaborate positively with technical support requesters and software development teams.
- Report tasks in the Fortask project management system.
- Create technical documentation.
