Team Manager & Country Lead - Cloud Managed Services (Vault)

• 10+ years of overall professional IT consulting experience, including in a global consulting or software company.
• 5+ years managing a billable consulting or services team of at least 30 people.
• Proven track record of hiring and scaling professional teams in Poland or Central Europe.
• Clear understanding of the Polish tech market and labor law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Based in or near Poznan, Lodz, Warsaw, Krakow, or Wroclaw.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience living, studying, or working outside of Poland.

• Lead the hiring and people management strategy for the Managed Services team in Poland.
• Align compensation, market knowledge, and local labor laws with Veeva standards.
• Directly manage a high-performing team of experts and managers, ensuring accurate resource planning and individual performance management.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Managed Services teams to drive operational synergy.
• Engage directly with customers and serve as the escalation and delivery lead on selected strategic accounts.
