Wymagania
- Several years of professional experience in development and operationalization of data and AI products with a strong software engineering background
- Excellent, proven knowledge of Python and practical experience with relevant frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph or comparable frameworks for agentic AI and chatbots
- Extensive hands-on experience with GCP services, especially Vertex AI, and confident usage of Terraform
- Deep understanding and practical experience managing AI model lifecycle using modern AIOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Basic understanding of data engineering concepts and processing large data amounts is desirable
- Strong analytical skills, structured and proactive problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English (B2 level)
Obowiązki
- Work actively in an agile and interdisciplinary team to design, develop, and implement innovative AI solutions in agentic AI and chatbots
- Implement and operationalize AI products on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and transfer them to stable production
- Ensure smooth operation of systems, focusing on quality, scalability, performance, and security
- Design and establish best practices in AIOps for generative AI and evaluate new technologies for AI infrastructure modernization
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, business stakeholders, and technical teams from idea to rollout
