Software Development Engineer II, Marketing AI

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language, strongly preferring Go.
• Experience working with data: querying, wrangling, and interpreting.
• Fluency and real experience with AI and LLMs, with a critical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and know when to collaborate.
• Serious passion for security with proactive concern for safety.

Nice to have:

• Interest or experience with Zig or Rust.

• Own problems end to end, from understanding partner needs to production deployment.
• Make autonomous decisions on architecture, tradeoffs, and priorities, defending them with data.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to translate vague requests into products.
• Use AI tooling effectively while critically assessing its outputs.
• Analyze data to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Grow as an engineer trusted by peers for project assignments.
