Oracle Functional Analyst

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and/or Oracle EBS in AR, AP, GL, Payments, and Cash Management configurations.
• Experience with Oracle Payables payment processing including ACH, wire, and check payments.
• Knowledge of Oracle AR processes, invoice creation, and aging reports.
• Understanding of procure-to-pay lifecycles for vendors and customers.
• Experience with Oracle BI reporting, including BIP templates (XML, eText, RTF) and data models.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cash Management, bank statement reconciliation, and file formats like BAI2, MT940, CAMT.053.
• Expertise in Oracle system configuration and master data governance.
• Experience with Oracle Ledger Sets and Multi-Org (MOAC) for multi-subsidiary and multi-currency environments.
• Test case development and execution.
• Collaboration with technical teams on Oracle PL/SQL development, FBDI/ADFdi data loads, BI Publisher report testing.
• Experience with OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Oracle Cloud Financials Certified Implementation Specialist or Oracle EBS Financials Certification(s).
• Experience with Oracle REST APIs.
• Exposure to Oracle modules like Procurement, Order Management, Revenue Management.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, or Boomi.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements (SOX, ASC 606).

Core Oracle Financial Functions:

• Analyze business requirements and implement Oracle Financials solutions in AR, AP, GL, Payments, and Cash Management modules.
• Manage procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes including invoice generation and payment receipt.
• Manage journal creation processes and bank statement reconciliation.

Configuration & Setup:

• Maintain and configure Oracle Flexfields, Profile Options, Lookup Codes, Oracle Workflow/BPM, and system components.
• Execute system configurations ensuring data integrity.
• Configure Oracle EBS look-ups and metadata.
• Perform Oracle Financials administration including Ledger Sets, Business Units, and Multi-Org (MOAC) structures.
• Set up sample data for AP/AR/GL workflows.
• Design and maintain FBDI templates for bulk data loads.

Quality Assurance & Documentation:

• Develop test strategies, create test cases, and manage User Acceptance Testing.
• Validate Oracle PL/SQL extensions, OAF personalizations, and third-party integrations.
• Produce and maintain process documentation.
• Ensure deliverables meet standards and compliance.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

• Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, provide project updates.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

The candidate must have flexibility to collaborate during US business hours. Travel is occasionally possible but not required.
