Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI & Agentic Systems)

Yosh.AI is a technology company specializing in comprehensive Generative AI solutions for end-to-end business transformations across industries such as retail, banking, insurance, travel, and healthcare. The company is a Google Premier Partner, collaborating with clients like PZU, eSky.pl, Medicover, Orange, Ryanair, and others across Europe and the Middle East.

• 5+ years of experience in data science, AI, or ML engineering with focus on production-level models.
• Expertise in architecting end-to-end AI/ML pipelines and cloud-native deployments, preferably on GCP (AWS or Azure also valid).
• Advanced programming skills in Python and experience designing robust REST APIs.
• Significant practical experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Proficiency with Git and modern MLOps practices.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with GCP AI/ML ecosystem (e.g., Vertex AI).
• Experience designing multi-agent systems and conversational AI platforms like Google Dialogflow CX.
• Deep expertise in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes at scale.

• Architect and lead the development of agentic AI systems and autonomous conversational agents.
• Engineer and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), implementing best practices for model lifecycle management.
• Oversee development of serverless architectures and containerized Python REST APIs.
• Leverage large language models (LLMs) for deep analysis of large datasets and refine big data platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team fostering innovation.
