Cloud DevSecOps Engineer (AWS & Azure) (She/ He/ They)

At Capco Poland, we are part of a global leader in technology and management consulting, focusing on digital transformation in the financial sector including banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.

• Minimum 3 years experience in cloud operations or infrastructure managing production environments in both AWS and Azure.
• Deep familiarity with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Practical knowledge of cloud network security, data encryption, and vulnerability management.

Nice to have:

• Certifications like AWS Certified Security/DevOps Professional, Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500), or Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS).

• Build and manage highly available infrastructure across AWS and Azure using Terraform.
• Design and secure CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab with automated vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST, and container scanning.
• Enforce zero-trust architecture using IAM strategy, RBAC, and secure secrets management with HashiCorp Vault and Azure Key Vault.
• Deploy, manage, and harden containerized workloads running in Kubernetes (EKS & AKS).
• Continuously audit cloud posture using AWS Security Hub and Azure Defender aligned with SOC2, ISO 27001, and CIS benchmarks.
