Product Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product development.
• Experience working in a product company.
• Good understanding of software development and product lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with technology teams.
• Ability to manage backlog, analyze requirements, and plan product growth.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Data-driven decision-making based on business goals and user needs.
• Ability to define and interpret product metrics.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders and building partnership relations.
• Ability to constructively question assumptions and propose better solutions.
• Independence in work organization and responsibility for results.
• Utilization of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for research, analysis, and documentation.
• Skilled in creating effective AI prompts and evaluating result quality.

Nice to have:

• Experience with B2B2C or SaaS products.
• Knowledge of tools such as Hex and Google Analytics.
• Experience with Claude AI ecosystem (Projects, MCP, Claude Code) or similar AI solutions.
• Experience in rapid prototyping using AI tools (e.g., Lovable, v0, Claude Code).
• Examples of automating own work using AI.

• Co-creating product strategy and roadmap with the Head of Product and other Product Managers.
• Defining product goals and priorities based on business needs, user requirements, and technological capabilities.
• Owning the development of the assigned product area and achieving measurable business objectives.
• Defining and analyzing product metrics to drive decision making.
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing initiatives.
• Providing clear business and product context to the technology team.
• Planning the team's work and coordinating sprints.
• Leading Scrum meetings (planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Collaborating with stakeholders from various organizational areas and communicating status, risks, and decisions.
• Ensuring effective collaboration processes within the team.
• Creating and maintaining product documentation.
• Coordinating cooperation with technology partners for integrations when needed.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
