IT Product Owner

Antal Sp. z o.o. is offering a position for a Product Owner in Warszawa with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The role involves working within a large organization dealing with products of significant business scale.

• Experience as a Product Owner with strong knowledge of Scrum.
• Ability to write complete User Stories and break requirements into releasable items.
• Advanced backlog management and prioritization based on value.
• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro.
• Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., PSPO II or equivalent).
• Good understanding of technology (systems, APIs, integrations).
• Experience in conducting discovery.
• Delivered at least 3 commercial products, including 1 insurance product.
• Skills in managing resistance, change management, and conflict resolution.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Willingness to work onsite in Warszawa 3 days a week.

• Create and maintain product vision and roadmap.
• Manage backlog, prioritize, and maintain requirements transparency.
• Conduct discovery, user needs analysis, and workshops.
• Make product decisions and manage trade-offs.
• Monitor progress and business value of delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to influence product direction.
• Work with IT teams considering technological constraints.
• Design and analyze product metrics (TTM, ROI, KPI, OKR, NPS).
• Responsible for end-to-end product implementations.
