Client Experience Associates

Centra is an ecommerce platform company backed by a 50 million SEK investment from the H&M Group. They support over 300 fashion and lifestyle brands such as COS, ARKET, & Other Stories, Weekday, Nudie Jeans, and Paul Smith, delivering localized shopping experiences across 120+ countries. The platform operates in 20+ markets and focuses on flexibility and efficiency.

• Operational and highly data-centric customer service experience, ideally within ecommerce, SaaS, or other technical environments.
• Creative problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.
• Collaboration and team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with customer support tools, ideally including HubSpot and Jira; ability to learn new tools such as Grafana and Kibana.
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and use it effectively in support operations.
• Experience using tools such as Jira for dashboard reporting is a plus.

• Manage incoming client cases according to established time and quality standards across all communication channels.
• Engage proactively with clients to develop strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
• Monitor customer satisfaction with products or services.
• Educate client service representatives on addressing customer complaints or inquiries and foster a positive working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments within Centra to ensure customer needs are met.

Candidates are required to work at least three days a week from the office in Wroclaw. Centra Technology AB Sp. z o.o. is the data administrator for the recruitment process.
