Java Developer

SCALO is involved in projects within the insurance industry, focusing on building and expanding systems in both distributed microservice architectures and monolithic architectures for claims reporting and handling systems. The role includes designing architecture with modern solutions and working in a collaborative, quality-focused team on large-volume projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Java Developer
• Knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
• Experience with SQL and Kafka (minimum 3 years)
• Proficiency with Git, Maven
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks
• Understanding of Functional Programming and Object-Oriented Programming paradigms
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Rabbit MQ, and Elasticsearch
• Experience in banking or insurance sectors
• Ability to independently design domain models
• Experience with adopting AI tools in software development processes
• Knowledge of performance diagnostic tools
• Experience with IT Security in solutions

• Participate in projects related to the insurance industry
