Senior Engineering Manager (Core Retrieval Platform)

• Strong understanding of distributed systems and background in application and infrastructure optimizations
• Familiarity with large scale production-grade data processing challenges
• Senior engineering management experience with Team Leaders and Senior Technical Leaders
• Problem-solving mindset with understanding of system and organizational constraints
• Experience owning end-to-end complex architecture delivery
• Experience with AI-powered IDEs, prompt engineering tools, and AI-infused CI/CD pipelines is beneficial

• Own the mission and outcomes of the Core Retrieval Platform group
• Work with critical stakeholders across the organization to enable advancement of evolving products
• Deeply understand and improve data retrieval capabilities for real world use cases
• Collaborate with the Group Tech Lead to define technical strategy and translate it into actionable work scopes
• Manage and develop Team Leaders, supporting growth and ensuring cross-team alignment
• Understand platform architecture, usage patterns, and product context to identify and solve key problems
