Program Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Higher education degree
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple parallel projects
• Ability to manage program budget, schedule, risks, and project dependencies
• Experience collaborating with management-level stakeholders, Sponsors, and Steering Committees
• Comfortable working in business and IT environments
• Effective communication skills and ability to prepare management materials and reports
• Experience with implementations and preparing organizations for BAU
• Familiarity with project and program management methodologies; experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
• Experience in banking or financial sector is a plus

• Comprehensive management of the program and responsibility for achieving business goals as expected by the Sponsor and Steering Committee
• Coordination of multiple parallel projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Maintaining an integrated view of the program including schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, teams, and deployments
• Coordination of Project Managers and project teams, synchronizing schedules
• Managing risks, dependencies, and initiating corrective and improvement actions
• Collaboration with business, IT, architecture, risk, operations, sales and other stakeholders
• Leading communication within the program, preparing reports, materials for Steering Committees, and organizing status meetings
• Planning, controlling, and reporting the program budget
• Oversight of product quality delivered by projects, coordination of testing, acceptance, and deployments
• Representing the program in management forums and presenting progress, benefits, and key decisions
• Building and developing project teams, ensuring key role staffing and support of teams in achieving goals
• Preparing the organization for takeover of solutions in BAU and closing the program with business outcomes summary
• Working in a hybrid model with 3 days per month at the Warsaw office
