Senior Consulting Project Manager

• Working proficiency in English and another European language
• 5 to 10 years of Project Management experience in Professional Services/Consulting within IT or AEC/MFG industries
• Experience in customer-facing roles with ability to build customer relationships
• Structured and organized approach with goal orientation
• Value processes and compliance
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Adaptable to frequent change and novelty
• Clear interest in Project Management with commitment to continuous development
• Demonstrated team management skills with collaborative and inclusive mindset
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, communication, documentation, project planning, reporting, or decision support
• Curiosity and commitment to developing AI literacy and responsible AI application in professional services

Nice to have:

• PMP or other project management certifications
• SAFe, Scrum or other agile certifications
• Experience driving AI adoption, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation in project delivery environments

• Oversee consulting customer projects implementing Autodesk Solutions and Technologies
• Collaborate with Customers and Customer Success Managers to align Customer Success Plans with evolving needs
• Translate project vision into clear goals for the delivery team
• Coordinate project scoping activities with customers, inter-departmental, and account teams
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and controls using standard Project Management software and tools
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve project planning, reporting, risk management, communication, documentation, and delivery efficiency
• Identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled ways of working while ensuring quality, compliance, and customer trust
• Monitor project progress for schedule, budget, and quality adherence; manage project risks
• Manage external resources (contractors), oversee contracting, delivery, and invoicing
• Forecast project revenue and contractor service fees
• Participate in account team meetings and customer business reviews
