Wymagania
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ configuration experience in one or more Workday modules: HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and/or Talent & Recruiting.
- Functional expertise in one or more HR topic areas: HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and/or Talent & Recruiting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives with urgency.
- Effective communication and confidentiality when exchanging information.
- Team participation with understanding of diverse working styles.
- Adaptability to change to improve individual and team performance.
- Self-awareness of skills and pursuit of developmental activities.
- Commitment to stay updated on technology and participate in training initiatives.
- Ability to influence work efforts, manage time and workload effectively.
Obowiązki
- Define and shape the business process architecture within defined areas of responsibility.
- Act as the primary authority on configurations combining expert-level proficiency in systems and functional HR processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert broad requirements into solutions and deliverables.
- Support feature releases and issue resolution by working with business users, IT, vendors, and support teams.
- Document requirements and technical specifications for systems implementation, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Develop project plans and manage deliverables and milestones.
- Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and support Systems Integration Testing (SIT).
- Work directly with stakeholders to analyze, design, test, and implement new or improved solutions.
- Manage Workday configuration strategy in partnership with the Global HR Workday Director.
- Stay informed of the Workday roadmap and contribute inputs.
- Participate actively in the Workday Community advocating for business needs.
