Wymagania
- At least 8 years of experience in the gaming industry with a minimum of 2 years in leadership.
- Experience mentoring and guiding VFX artists.
- Excellent knowledge of Unreal Engine 5.
- Commitment to ownership, goal setting, knowledge sharing, and driving initiatives independently.
- Experience with both real-time and baked simulation.
- Knowledge of standard 3D software: Max, Maya, or Blender.
- Understanding of rendering techniques, real-time shaders, and lighting.
- Understanding of performance and optimization.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Obowiązki
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and guide VFX artists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop and optimize VFX workflows.
- Prototype, research, and integrate particle effects using Unreal Engine 5.
- Collaborate with gameplay, characters, cinematics, and environment teams on VFX requirements.
- Work with directors and production teams to craft project vision and estimate workloads.
- Research new and innovative workflows to push the boundaries of VFX.
- Ensure VFX content is performant and within budgets.
