Analytics Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Python, including libraries such as pandas and numpy.
• Experience with SQL and data transformation tools (e.g., dbt, Apache Spark).
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipeline design and maintenance tools (Airflow, Luigi).
• Familiarity with data warehouse technologies (e.g., Apache Druid, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Proficiency with Git (GitLab) for version control.
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts and best practices.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams communicating technical and business needs.
• Experience with finance data involving transactions and clearing reports.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience bridging data engineering and analytics roles.
• Familiarity with financial data domains such as online payments and banking reporting.

• Develop, implement, and maintain data quality checks and validation processes across data pipelines.
• Perform sanity checks to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing values.
• Transform raw data from the data lakehouse into clean, validated datasets for the data warehouse.
• Document data quality issues, root causes, and resolutions.
• Support analysts by providing reliable and well-prepared datasets.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of data workflows and automation related to data quality.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, domain team leads, and analysts to understand business requirements and data contexts.
