Technology Consultant: Graduate Opportunities - French, German or Spanish speaking

This role is a Business Analyst (Consultant) position within Technology Consulting at Microsoft. Candidates will work with customers across industries in EMEA to deliver AI Business Solutions, Adoption, Change, and Service Management. The role is based in either Dublin, Ireland or Warsaw, Poland and focuses on applying AI to transform business processes and deliver measurable outcomes under Responsible AI guardrails.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field, OR equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in Ireland or Poland (citizenship or valid visa/work permit).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Fluency in German, French, OR Spanish (spoken and written).
• Preferred: 6+ months work experience in a relevant business area.
• Preferred: Technical certifications (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics).
• Preferred: Delivery management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).
• Preferred: Demonstrated fluency working with AI tools, understanding their signal and limits.
• Disposition qualities including excellent listening, communication, storytelling, executive presence, AI-native experience, healthy AI posture, comfort with ambiguity, trust-building instincts, autonomy, velocity, curiosity, and growth mindset.

• Participate in meetings with customers and partners to understand business needs and industry-specific scenarios, defining requirements and constraints to drive business value.
• Map and analyse customer business processes, identifying friction and value leakage, designing target-state processes.
• Participate in design-led thinking workshops and brainstorming to identify new solutions, patterns, and ways of working.
• Understand change impact on people and help shape and enable change strategies in partnership with customer leaders.
• Implement innovative AI solutions with a security-first mindset.
• Work alongside AI and agents using AI-generated signals to inform work, co-building solution components and applying human judgement.
• Develop knowledge of intellectual property, contribute to its development, and flag gaps needing updates.
• Understand relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, contributing to satisfaction drivers.
• Identify opportunities to expand or accelerate the adoption of cloud and Microsoft technologies.
• Build readiness by learning new technologies and services, deepening understanding of security considerations, and obtaining relevant certifications advised by leadership.
