Wymagania
- 10+ years in software development with proven experience managing software engineering teams
- Track record of driving technical excellence and change
- Experience working in global teams distributed across multiple locations
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience with multiple methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, microservice architectures, and event sourcing
- Experience with automation, configuration management, multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructures, IAAS and PAAS
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as TypeScript, React, and Java
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed computing
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven ability to design and build scalable mobile and web applications focusing on usability, performance, and responsiveness
- Ability to operate effectively in large, enterprise environments
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to influence technical teams and senior stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence and customer focus

- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and maintain alignment with enterprise standards

- Create comprehensive technical documentation
- Implement security tools such as SonarQube and Snyk, overseeing security best practices
