Software Developer (Mendix)

Cyclad works with top international IT companies to deliver cutting-edge technologies. The role is on an international engineering team focused on delivering secure, scalable, and reliable integration solutions across enterprise environments. The project is IT Services with locations in Wrocław or Gdańsk, Poland.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with integration platforms, middleware solutions, or enterprise system integration.
• Practical experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar iPaaS platforms.
• Experience working with Mendix or other low-code development platforms.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, workflow orchestration, and enterprise connectivity.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerized environments.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and modern integration protocols.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile software development.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience working in highly secure or regulated enterprise environments.
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices.

Project scope:

• Design, develop, and operate enterprise integration flows ensuring scalability, security, and efficient data processing.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize application runtime and integration components across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain middleware services ensuring high availability and production stability.
• Develop and maintain integration solutions using Boomi, Mendix, and related low-code technologies.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and security of integration platforms and low-code environments.
• Automate deployment pipelines and operational activities to improve delivery speed, reliability, and repeatability.
• Support API integrations and system connectivity across enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver robust and scalable integration solutions.
• Contribute to platform improvements, operational excellence, and continuous optimization.
• Participate in incident response, maintenance activities, and production support as part of the on-call rotation.

Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland are eligible. Work performed in a Secure Room (electronic devices not permitted). Participation in 24/7 on-call rotation including nights and weekends required. Successful completion of background checks including Certificate of No Criminal Record and Credit history verification (BIK).
