Software Tester Specialist

We lead the end-to-end development, deployment, and continuous enhancement of Toyota’s connected services ecosystem across European markets. Our work oversees the integration of vehicle connectivity platforms, mobile applications, and cloud-based services, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless user experience. We collaborate with engineering, product, IT, legal, and external partners to accelerate service rollout and maintain operational excellence.

• Up to 6 years of experience in test and test automation
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Postman, Karate, or similar automation tools
• Understanding of Behaviour-Driven Development and test-driven development approaches
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation
• Experience with version control systems like GitLab or GitHub
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with performance testing tools
• Experience in testing microservices-based applications
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and how testing fits into the process

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing for mobile application (frontend and backend components)
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and develop appropriate test cases
• Execute tests, track results, and report on defects and issues found
• Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to test strategy development
• Work with other manual testers and developers to ensure optimal test coverage
