Head of Digital Commerce (Practice Lead)

Future Mind is a premier digital advisory and delivery firm, combining strategy, product design, engineering, and data science to create digital products for enterprise giants and disruptors in retail and commerce.

• 10+ years of experience in digital commerce with a record of leading large-scale projects or business units.
• Goal-oriented mindset focused on measurable outcomes and experience with OKR frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Omnichannel and Supply Chain interactions including fulfillment and logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to build business cases, calculate ROI, and discuss P&L with CEOs.
• Technology literacy in modern e-commerce/marketplace technology stacks and ability to engage CTOs and Engineering Heads.

Nice to have:

• Experience in global digital transformation agencies or "Big Four" consulting firms.
• Strong personal brand and network in the European retail sector.

eCommerce Strategy & E2E Planning:

• Leading discovery workshops and strategic audits to assess clients' digital maturity.
• Designing End-to-End commerce ecosystems, including Supply Chain and logistics.
• Advising C-level stakeholders on Omnichannel challenges and ROI-driven transformations.

Business Development & Practice Building:

• Creating consulting offerings for Commerce and Marketplaces.
• Partnering with sales teams for winning enterprise opportunities via consultative selling.
• Productizing eCommerce services from CRO and loyalty strategy to marketplace setup.
• Operating within OKR frameworks to drive practice growth and commercial success.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborating with VP of Strategy & Design and VP of Software Delivery to align strategy and delivery.
• Establishing Future Mind as a thought leader in commerce via articles, webinars, and retail event exposure.
