• Native or fluent proficiency in Estonian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport for eligibility to work in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Previous customer support or client-facing experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, target-driven, and team-oriented environment.

• Serve as the primary contact for Estonian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal CRM and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with technical support, billing, and account management teams for seamless resolutions.
• Identify and escalate recurring issues to improve service.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team briefings, and training programs.
• Represent the client's brand professionally and empathetically at all touchpoints.
