• Valid EU passport required for on-site work in Sofia.

• Serve as the primary contact for Estonian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal CRM and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with technical support, billing, and account management teams.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate recurring issues.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Participate in coaching, team briefings, and training programmes.
• Represent the client's brand professionally and empathetically.
