• Native or fluent Danish language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport.
• Strong command of English for internal communication and collaboration.
• Prior experience in content moderation, trust and safety, customer support, or related digital technology fields is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills for policy-compliant decision making.
• High cultural awareness and sensitivity regarding Danish-speaking communities and online behavioural norms.
• Demonstrated resilience and emotional maturity when handling sensitive or graphic content.

• Review, assess, and action user-generated content reported on the social media platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines, platform policies, and Danish regulatory standards.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate harmful, abusive, or policy-violating content submitted by Danish-speaking users using defined trust and safety frameworks.
• Monitor social media trends, emerging threats, and coordinated inauthentic behaviours within the Danish-language digital ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including legal, policy, and product departments to refine content moderation workflows.
• Deliver accurate and timely decisions on content appeals and escalations from Danish-speaking users.
• Maintain detailed records of reviewed cases and contribute to quality assurance audits.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with evolving social media policies and cultural nuances.
• Support the development and localization of safety resources and user communications tailored to Danish-speaking audiences.
