Product Owner (K/M/M)

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Experience with B2B systems, e-commerce, mobile applications, or business user solutions
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and tasks for IT teams
• Practical knowledge of working with product backlog and creating user stories
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Independence, responsibility, and problem-solving orientation
• Basic knowledge of agile methodologies
• Analytical thinking and decision-making based on data and business priorities

Nice to have:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or distribution industries
• Knowledge of B2B purchasing processes
• Experience in mobile application development
• Experience working with development teams and external suppliers
• Knowledge of UX issues and product analytics

• Manage product backlog for the B2B platform and mobile application
• Define, prioritize, and refine business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, analysts, UX/UI designers, testers, and external suppliers
• Collect and analyze user needs, especially pharmacies using Farmacol digital solutions
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional descriptions
• Participate in planning the product development roadmap
• Monitor existing functionalities and initiate improvements
• Coordinate implementation of new functions and system changes
• Analyze data, user reports, and feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure alignment of B2B platform and mobile app development with company business goals
• Support testing processes, business acceptance, and communication of changes to users
