• Student status (preferably in computer science and econometrics, IT project management or related fields, economics).
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Availability to work at least half-time.
• Good organization and planning skills.
• Communication and cooperation skills.
• Proactive approach to duties.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.

• Supporting project managers in daily tasks.
• Handling administrative duties.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and complete departmental documentation.
• Preparing and sending settlements and summaries to clients.
• Co-creating procedures and ensuring team compliance with standards.
• Acquiring new technical and soft skills in project management through collaboration with managers, team members, and clients.
