IT Manager

Bioceltix S.A. is a biotechnology company based in Wrocław developing innovative therapeutic products for companion animals, focusing on dogs and horses. Their therapies use proprietary stem cell technology ensuring quality and safety. The company combines science and business to introduce breakthrough therapeutic solutions addressing real veterinary needs. They are currently building a new cGMP-compliant production facility and expanding their technology team responsible for scale-up, technology transfer, and commercial production processes.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Administrator, IT Manager, or similar role.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and Microsoft cloud services.
• Experience administering networks, Windows servers, and backup solutions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and identity management.
• Ability to manage IT projects and collaborate with service providers.
• Independence, responsibility, and problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to communicate with business users and translate technology into practical improvements.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-104, MS-102 or related).
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP, ISO 27001, NIS2).

• Manage and develop IT infrastructure (servers, network, workstations, operating systems).
• Administer Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
• Act as Key User for Microsoft 365: advise users, implement new features, and promote effective usage.
• Support users in automation and use of tools like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, Planner, and Power Automate.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Ensure IT system continuity and monitor performance and availability.
• Manage IT security, updates, backups, and endpoint protection.
• Collaborate with Information Security Officer to meet SZBI requirements and procedural compliance.
• Supervise licenses, hardware, and cooperate with IT service providers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and IT procedures.
• Monitor incidents, analyze logs, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes regarding IT.
• Train users on secure and efficient use of systems and applications.
