Junior Developer ERP (f/m)

Impakt S.A. is a distributor and producer of brands such as Genesis, Natec, Fury, and Lanberg, selling products in Poland and internationally in over 40 countries. Their product range includes gaming accessories, consumer electronics, and computer networking equipment.

• Higher education completed or in progress in IT or related fields.
• Initial programming experience from commercial projects, student projects, personal projects, or internships.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in ERP systems.
• English language proficiency at minimum B1 level to facilitate documentation reading and communication.
• Basic knowledge or interest in accounting.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ERP system concepts gained through studies, internships, or own projects.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Understanding of sales, warehouse, or logistics processes.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and developing AI-powered systems.

• Support the uninterrupted operation of the Gardens ERP system and related systems such as B2B sales.
• Develop and enhance system functionalities based on provided documentation under supervision of senior developers.
• Analyze and solve ongoing issues reported through ticketing, email, phone, and chat, including helpdesk support.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical support requesters and the software development team.
• Report tasks using the Fortask project management system.
