Lead Analytics Consultant

• Experience in cooperation at leadership/management level including collecting requirements and translating business needs into data products
• Proficiency in data modelling using Kimball methodology
• Experience in developing full data pipelines at scale (terabytes) from ingestion through modelling to reports
• Interest or experience in concepts like Data Governance, Data Mesh, self-service analytics, and AI
• Expert knowledge of Python, Spark, Azure, DBT, and Databricks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Fluent in English and Polish

• Experience with Unity Catalog
• Leadership experience

• Setting up, documenting, and propagating new processes including Data Governance
• Testing different tools and suggesting new ones
• Building internal reports to monitor data processes
• Providing recommendations for internal tools development
• Monitoring trends in data to develop new use cases
