Customer Support Specialist

TRAFFIT is a simple tool that helps recruiters post job offers, manage candidates, send personalized messages, and arrange meetings with the most suitable ones. It supports publishing job offers on popular websites, verifying candidate resumes, cooperating with managers and recruiters, and reducing recruitment costs.

• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Support / Technical Support in a product (SaaS) company.
• Analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Experience in client communication.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication ability to translate technical language between developers and clients.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Fluent Polish (C2) for daily communication with clients and team.
• Independence in problem-solving without detailed instructions.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Account manager tools.
• Experience in Customer support roles.

• Provide multi-channel support via email and chat (Intercom) for Low Touch clients, supervising an AI bot.
• Perform initial diagnosis of application errors and report to technical team.
• Conduct onboarding meetings and assist clients in system configuration.
• Offer individual online consultations to optimize system setup.
• Collaborate with Product team to create and update Help Center articles.
• Identify sales potential and pass leads to Customer Success Managers.
• Collect client feedback and suggestions to prioritize product improvements.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
