• Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to exercise impeccable judgment
• Comfort reviewing internet content that may include inappropriate or explicit material
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs
• Good computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new tools

Nice to have:

• Ability to use Google Suite
• B.A., B.S., master's degree or equivalent professional experience in online operations, privacy, or a legal support role
• Fast learning ability

• Review and process incoming privacy requests through online tools and evaluate their validity according to client policies
• Continuously educate yourself about policy and protocol changes with support from Training and Quality Departments
• Collaborate closely with clients' policy specialists to address cases and regulatory inquiries using their response framework
• Maintain a high level of quality in case reviews
• Meet weekly productivity deliverables as part of daily workflow
• Collaborate with team members on projects to improve internal efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop skills in data, tools, and quality assessment
• Support different workflows, products, and markets as business needs require
• Support the English market and other markets using a Translation Tool due to business changes or volume fluctuations
