Transformation Manager

We build custom AI & LLM-based software. We help startups, scaleups, and tech companies to drive ROI by hyper-personalization, hyper-automation, and enhanced decision-making processes through AI and LLM-based software.

• 5+ years of proven experience in change management, project management, or executive advisory, especially in IT/AI environments
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to bring structure into dynamic environments
• Some awareness of Agentic AI (even failed projects count as valuable)
• Very good English (C1 minimum) and fluent or native Polish
• Location: Wrocław or within commutable distance – hybrid work mode is a must

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Claude or similar tools
• Ownership
• AI Agents

• Define customer's goals for Agentic AI use and translate them into actionable plans
• Collaborate with Vstorm Engineering Lead to define the path toward reaching the goals
• Iteratively update the approach based on the progress of the AI engineering team
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and support execution of the approach
• Draw from Vstorm's proprietary TriStorm methodology to secure results of Agentic AI implementations
