Anraga Studios is developing a premium PC game titled Rescue Drone Simulator: Second Chance which involves piloting drones, rescue missions, workshop development, and hardware progression.

• Experience as Senior Game Designer, Lead Game Designer, Systems Designer, Mission Designer, or Gameplay Consultant.
• Proven experience designing gameplay and core loops.
• Designed missions, progression systems, or games based on the loop: preparation → mission → reward.
• Ability to analyze existing projects and translate observations into actionable production solutions.
• Understanding of budgetary, scheduling, and production constraints for AA and indie projects.
• Capability to suggest high-impact, low-cost quality improvements.

Nice to have:

• Experience with simulators, vehicle games, or mission-based gameplay.
• Experience with PC/Steam projects.
• Knowledge related to demo, vertical slice, and wishlist building.
• Experience preparing design reports and recommendations for production teams.
• Pragmatic approach focused on achieving significant effects with minimal cost.

• Independently play the current build and prepare initial observations.
• Meet with the design team to discuss initial feedback.
• Analyze testing reports and proposed changes.
• Prepare a final report with design recommendations.
• Evaluate recommendations for impact on game quality, production cost, risk, and priority.
• Participate in a wrap-up workshop with the development team.
