Process Engineering Manager

HSBC Technology Poland is a global team responsible for strategic transformation in COO and CIB via smart execution, focusing on digital capabilities to support HSBC's Transformation and Performance team. The role involves collaboration across regions and businesses to support process engineering initiatives as part of HSBC’s CIB COO global strategic change and simplification agenda.

• Experience in conducting training sessions and project coaching focused on Lean Six Sigma agenda.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience in project and process discovery and future state design execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and articulation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional, multicultural, and geographically diverse environments.

• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement focusing on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Lead mobilisation of Black Belt, Green Belt, and Yellow Belt programmes including content creation, training, examination, and reporting.
• Lead Process Discovery and Data Discovery initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology and statistical tools.
• Create future state designs with root cause analysis, impact assessment, and solution feasibility.
• Organise and promote Process Engineering Community events and support community growth.
• Assist in establishing standards for communication, newsletters, and reporting promoting Lean Six Sigma methodologies across the bank.
• Explore and implement innovative working methods including automation and AI.
• Encourage a highly engaged team to deliver high-quality outputs exceeding user expectations.
