Senior Java Developer

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. operates in the banking industry and undertakes recruitment projects for partners.

• Minimum 5 years of Java backend experience (Senior) or 10 years (Expert)
• Strong experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Integration
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (preferably Oracle)
• Experience with messaging and event-driven integration (preferably IBM MQ, Kafka)
• Experience with REST services, microservices and integration patterns
• Familiarity with Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Automated testing with JUnit and Testcontainers
• Ability to analyse requirements, system flows, logs and production issues
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking or trading domain
• Experience with cloud-ready application design
• Experience in modernising integration in regulated domains (custody, settlement, corporate actions)
• Experience with containerisation and integration with legacy systems or vendor platforms
• Experience with test automation, static code analysis and AI-assisted development tools

• Design backend integration solutions for Safekeeping and Corporate Actions platform
• Develop Java-based microservices and integration components
• Test, deploy and support backend services in production
• Modernise and rearchitect existing codebase due to scope expansion
• Analyse business and system flows and clarify requirements
• Prepare and support test cases when needed
• Document system dependencies and data flows
• Support deployment planning and orchestration
• Troubleshoot production issues and analyse logs and data flows
• Participate in Scrum processes using JIRA
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and development standards
• Support growth and mentoring of other developers
• Collaborate across development, analysis, QA and infrastructure teams
