Senior Robotics AI & Simulation Engineer

• 6+ years of professional software development experience with deep expertise in C, C++, and Python
• MSc or Ph.D. degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related technical discipline
• Hands-on experience with robotics simulation, synthetic data generation, simulation-first robotics development, or reinforcement learning
• Experience with AI and robotics frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, ROS, and ROS2
• Experience with simulation environments and rendering tools
• Knowledge of computer vision and perception methods
• Familiarity with modern AI approaches including reinforcement learning, generative AI, and NLP
• Experience with GPU computing
• Proven ability to design robust software architectures and develop complex, high-performance algorithms
• Strong proficiency in Linux environments with solid understanding of networking, communication protocols, and cloud services for multi-robot systems and robot–cloud integration
• Experience with testing strategies, continuous integration, and MLOps practices
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written

• Work with robots worldwide, remotely and onsite during business trips
• Design and develop solutions for various types of robots including mobile robots, robotic arms, and drones
• Develop AI models based on state-of-the-art technologies
• Work with promptable and foundation models
• Build multiple rapid prototypes and production-ready solutions
• Test AI and robotic solutions in simulation and real environments
• Build Synthetic Data Generation pipelines for real-world problem solving
• Build reinforcement and imitation learning pipelines
• Integrate robots with cloud services
• Design automated robotic AI systems to improve production and precision in specific industries
• Perform regular research on latest trends and approaches in robotics AI domain
