Robotics AI and Simulation Engineer

SoftServe Robotics Group designs and builds intelligent robotic systems operating in simulated and real-world environments. They serve global clients across healthcare, automotive, retail, enterprise, and education industries.

• 3+ years of experience in software development with C, C++, and Python
• MSc in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with AI-based robotics systems (perception/agents)
• Hands-on experience with simulation tools such as Isaac Sim, Blender, and Bullet
• Strong knowledge of ML and robotics frameworks (PyTorch, ROS/ROS2, OpenCV)
• Experience in computer vision (detection, tracking, planning)
• Solid software engineering skills including Linux, architecture, CI/CD, and scalable systems

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions for robots (mobile, manipulators, drones)
• Build and deploy AI models, including foundation and prompt-based models
• Develop and test solutions in simulation and real-world environments
• Create rapid prototypes and production-ready systems
• Build reinforcement and imitation learning pipelines
• Integrate robots with cloud services and external systems
• Research and apply the latest trends in robotics and AI
