Remote Java Developer

3e Software House specializes in e-commerce systems processing tens of millions of orders annually for major global brands. They are transitioning to a Multitenant Autoscaling architecture and develop modern reactive cloud applications.

• At least 3-4 years of commercial experience programming in Java, including practical knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and consuming REST API following best practices.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
• Higher education in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields; skilled graduates and final-year students are also welcome.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for technical documentation and communication.
• Communication skills and a growth mindset, open to learning and teamwork.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure cloud and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Familiarity with asynchronous design patterns (ServiceBus, WebSockets).
• Experience with database schema control (Liquibase) and caching systems (Redis, Caffeine).

• Designing and developing scalable, multitenant cloud applications on Azure.
• Migrating and implementing solutions using Java 17+, Spring Boot 3, and event-driven microservice architecture with ServiceBus.
• Optimizing performance using advanced caching (Redis, Caffeine) and real-time communication (WebSockets).
• Automating quality through clean code, automatic tests, database schema management with Liquibase, and API documentation via Spring Doc.
• Collaborating with frontend teams as needed.
