• Strong knowledge of JVM and concurrency mechanisms
• Practical experience with Kotlin and Kotlin Coroutines
• Experience in platform or framework architecture design
• Experience designing public APIs
• Experience managing compatibility and API evolution
• Experience leading large refactorings
• Familiarity with monorepo management
• Ability to create technical and architectural documentation
• Skill in making long-term architectural decisions
