Conversational AI Consultant/Developer with German

• Excellent knowledge of at least one major conversational AI platform: Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy, Zowie
• Experience in business requirements analysis and process design
• Experience with conversational AI, voice AI, or chatbot technologies including Cognigy, ElevenLabs, or Zowie
• Proper communication and escalation skills
• Good command of English and Polish languages
• German language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and strong ownership mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience with advanced prompt engineering and LLM orchestration
• Familiarity with TTS and voice AI solutions
• Knowledge of integrations via REST APIs and webhook-based architectures
• Experience working in agile environments

• Automate various business processes using Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, and Cognigy platforms with rule-based and LLM-based approaches
• Conduct business analysis for use cases selected for CAI automation
• Design processes and conversations using diagrams or prompt strategies
• Develop solutions including API call configuration, NLP training, and TTS enhancements
• Perform functional and NLP testing
• Collaborate closely with business owners and clients to gather business and technical requirements
