Scalo is offering a role for an experienced System Analyst with expertise in business and system process analysis, mainly in the banking sector. The role involves working on international projects and in a hybrid work mode based in Poznań, Poland.
Wymagania
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a System Analyst
- Experience in the banking sector
- Higher education degree
- Proficient in Enterprise Architect (EA), UML, and BPMN
- Ability to design databases (knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus)
- Understanding of Kafka queues and system integration
- Communication skills in English
Obowiązki
- Analyze and design business and system processes
- Translate business, regulatory, and security requirements into system requirements
- Model processes and architecture using BPMN and UML (including sequence diagrams)
- Design system integrations and work with Kafka queues
- Participate in audits, regulatory controls, and architecture/security reviews
- Identify risks and recommend optimal solutions
- Work in a hybrid model with occasional office presence (once every 3 months) in Poznań
