7–10 years of experience in SAP EWM implementations and consulting.
Proven experience with EWM integration to S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, TM, QM) and 3PL scenarios.
Experience with MES integrations and RF/mobile frameworks, including RF screens development or enhancement.
Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound warehouse processes, production integration (PP-EWM), physical inventory procedures, and testing practices.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
Excellent documentation, training, and stakeholder communication skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Relevant technical or functional SAP certifications or equivalent professional experience are desirable.

Lead and participate in all phases of EWM implementation projects: requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit business requirements and translate into functional and technical specifications.
Design and configure EWM solutions for warehouse layouts, put-away/removal strategies, and utilization of EWM functionalities.
Integrate EWM with S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, TM, QM), 3PL providers, and external systems like MES; guide integration patterns and interfaces.
Work with RF integration frameworks and contribute to development/enhancement of RF screens and related mobile solutions.
Configure and optimize inbound processes: goods receipt, put-away, quality management, and returns.
Design and implement outbound processes: order fulfilment, picking, packing, staging, and shipping including transportation management.
Collaborate with production teams on PP-EWM integration, ensuring material flow, inventory, and traceability.
Define and implement physical inventory procedures: cycle counting, ad-hoc inventories, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
Prepare system documentation, process flowcharts, user manuals, and deliver end-user training.
Plan and execute testing activities (unit, integration, user acceptance) and resolve configuration gaps, defects, and IDoc issues.
Maintain clear communication with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
