YourITeams is hiring a Senior IT Service Specialist to provide on-site IT support in Warsaw for their customer's office. The position involves collaboration with global IT teams across different regions and time zones, supporting enterprise users in an international environment.
Wymagania
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Service Specialist, IT Support, or similar role.
- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support.
- Strong experience supporting infrastructure, cloud services, and business applications.
- Experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and platforms.
- Experience with Citrix.
- Experience with VMware.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with incident management and request fulfillment.
- Experience with IT asset management.
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Experience with office IT infrastructure support.
- Experience with ITSM tools, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Experience working with international IT teams.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have:
- ITIL Foundation certification (or higher).
- Experience supporting multinational office environments.
- Experience with office expansions and infrastructure projects.
Obowiązki
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for internal users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room equipment.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and request fulfillment activities.
- Perform onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
- Support office IT infrastructure, office moves, refurbishments, expansions, and relocations.
- Respond to outages and critical incidents.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Work with Jira, Confluence, and ITSM platforms.
- Collaborate with global IT teams across different regions and time zones.
- Occasionally travel to other EMEA offices when required.
