Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist

The project is in the Banking industry and involves Software Asset Management with a focus on maintaining and enhancing the Software Lifecycle experience. The role supports Service Areas related to obsolete software impacts and participates in audits within the Software Lifecycle domain.

• Expertise in Software Asset Lifecycle Management.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle activities.
• Proactive attitude and self-drive.
• Excellent social skills for team and stakeholder interaction.
• Knowledge of software and hardware technologies.
• Experience with architecture, software processes, and governance.
• Familiarity with tools like FlexeraOne (or similar).
• Proficient in reporting tools such as PowerBI and Excel.
• Professional proficiency in English (both oral and written).
• Strong cooperation skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Flexera tools (FlexNetManagerSuite, DataPlatform, ITAM, ITV modules).
• Knowledge of Software Assets and lifecycle management.
• Excellent social skills with the team and stakeholders.

• Maintain and develop Software Lifecycle experience.
• Enable Software Lifecycle data for customer applications.
• Investigate and support Service Areas regarding obsolete software impact.
• Participate in related audits in the Software Lifecycle area.

Work model is hybrid with 3 days per week in the office located in Warsaw or Gdańsk, Poland.
