System Architect

This position is in the banking industry, focused on software development. The role is based in Poland with preference for candidates located in Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw. The work mode is hybrid.

• Microsoft Azure certification (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in design/setup of enterprise applications on Azure AKS.
• Experience in design/setup of enterprise databases on Azure Postgres.
• Experience in design/setup of integrations using Kafka for Azure applications.
• Exceptional business knowledge.
• Superior software engineering skills.
• Excellent knowledge of IT solution architecture.
• Professional understanding of enterprise architecture.
• Superior conceptual thinking capability.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with cloud-native application design.
• Knowledge of additional cloud service providers.

• Deliver services according to quality standards to effectively execute objectives.
• Guide and govern architectural principles and best practices by anticipating issues and building stakeholder commitment.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to promote understanding.
• Build effective relationships with architects and stakeholders across the organization.
