Lead, Financial Application Systems Transformation (P2P)

• 8-12 years of experience in finance systems, finance transformation, or ERP enablement.
• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including Accounts Payable, accruals, liabilities, and financial close.
• Hands-on experience with J.D. Edwards (JDE) finance modules and finance system integrations (e.g. Coupa, Concur).
• Experience with finance system configuration, incident management, L2 support, and defect resolution.
• Good understanding of financial controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Procurement, and external vendors.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken.

• Lead the functional design, configuration, and continuous improvement of P2P finance systems, including Accounts Payable, accruals, and liabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and partner with IT to deliver finance-compliant enhancements.
• Own functional stability of finance applications, ensuring reliable month-end close and strong internal controls.
• Provide L2 functional support, including incident management, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and release validation.
• Drive knowledge transfer, create operational documentation, and establish best practices for sustainable system support.
• Manage integrations with finance applications such as JDE, Coupa, and Concur.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual workarounds, and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with global Finance, Procurement, IT, Data, and external vendors on transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Support SOX compliance, audit readiness, and finance governance through effective system controls.
